About This Program

Meetings will be held throughout Texas in the summer of 2026 to gather comments from local residents, businesses and organizations on their priorities, concerns and ideas for implementing the Texas Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) programs. Register for the event closest to you! Subject matter experts, organizations and groups with targeted interests are invited to provide input and expertise for the Texas HOMES and HEAR Rebate programs. They can participate in meetings focused on specific topics or issues, as outlined in each meeting’s title below. Register to attend a virtual Topic Meeting below. Subject matter experts and organizations with relevant expertise and community connections are invited to apply to become part of the Texas HOMES and HEAR Rebate programs Advisory Council. The Council will serve as a strategic sounding board that engages continuously through program design and throughout the implementation phase. Individuals mustapply to participateand are expected to contribute and attend most scheduled meetings.
